In Store/Online Return Policy
72 Hours: Items may be returned within 72 hours for a full refund. Debit transactions are refunded as cash; a manager must handle Credit Card Refunds.*
3-14 Days: Items may only be redeemed for In Store Credit.*
14+ Days: Item is considered final sale, and may not be returned or redeemed for In Store Credit.
*Items must not be worn, washed, or show any visible signs of use or misuse. The item MUST have all original packaging, tags etc. in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.
Clearance or Sale Items are Final Sale
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to our Fernie location or online within 7 days of the received date for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order.
Prior to returning an item, please call 1-250-423-2669 weekdays from 10am to 6pm MST to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Without an RA, Commit cannot accept your returned product and it will be returned to the sender at their cost.
The returned items MUST NOT be worn, washed, or show any visible signs of use or misuse.. The item MUST have all original packaging, tags etc. in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.
ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE WRAPPED/BOXED OR REFUND WILL BE FORFEIT. Please send the goods in the condition received.
With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Commit does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.
In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by Commit.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance or Sale Items unless the product is covered under a separate manufacturer warranty or an error occurred processing your order.
Should you experience issues with a defective product or purchase an item of poor craftsmanship we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction in remedying the issue.
72 Hours: Refund will be offered to the customer.
3-29 Days: Replacement, Store Credit, or Repaired locally at no cost to the customer.
30 Days +: The warranty is now the responsibility of the manufacturer. We can assist in organizing Return Authorizations, Repairs, Shipping, and Credits but the cost’s incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty is commonly dealt with by the manufacturer. Most cases of warranty requires the return of the defective product to the manufacturer. Commit reserves the right to determine best case of Replacement, Store Credit, or Repair in the case the Item is returned within the 2-29 day period. By purchasing products in store you are legally bound to these conditions.
