Commit offers many brands and products in store that are not offered online. Our online store is comprised mostly of hard-goods; snowboards, boots, bindings, helmets), our own commit range of products, outerwear and some miscellaneous items we sell large volumes of.

The logistics of shipping an item from our location in Fernie, British Columbia to anywhere outside North America is just simply too expensive for us. In most cases the cost of shipping rivals or surpasses the final sale price of the item. This is something we are looking into further, however currently we have limited carriers available in our small town, which have varied shipping times.
Canada: Our experience with any products shipped in Canada is that your cart will automatically add on your provinces tax rates based off your Postal Code.
Unites States: When purchasing from the United States most products will be charged duty upon crossing the border. These duties are based off the tariff information we provide and the products country of origin. If the board is manufactured under NAFTA it is exempt from any duty.
In our experience, state taxes may or may not be charged upon the delivery of the goods. These charges and costs are outside of our control and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, as states in out Terms of Service.
We have had little to no issues in the past shipping to the United States and have many customers who continue to purchase goods from us online or over the phone from all over the USA.
Due to fraudulent website activity, and fake customers/purchases, Commit verifies all online sales via phone before shipping the items out to the customer. This ensures you get a chance to review your purchase with on of our employees and helps us guarantee customer satisfaction even before you receive your product. If you are having doubts we would be happy to assist you with a refund for the product. If the decision is made after the item has shipped, all costs for the return of the item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
